We livestream and record all our classes allowing students to accommodate their busy schedules. We bottle wines in 50ml sample containers when students know they will miss class at no additional charge.

We limit classes to 12 students to ensure dynamic classroom discussions.  We NEVER cancel a course due to a minimum number of students required.​​​

We have a collection of over 90 wine maps and topographic (3-D) maps, an extensive wine library, over 60 soil samples, vines and rootstocks, and other hands-on resources.
