About
The French Wine Scholar In-Person Course, 100% in English, is designed for wine enthusiasts and trade professionals seeking expertise in French wines. Taught by a Certified Sommelier and WSET Diploma graduate, the program covers major French wine regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, and others, presenting each area within its cultural context. Participants will taste at least 36 wines during the course and receive the official 330-page study manual. The course spans six 3.5-hour sessions and concludes with an in-person examination at the Zürich Wine Academy. Successful candidates earn the French Wine Scholar certification and a lapel pin. The program is ideal for intermediate and advanced students preparing for wine qualifications and requires additional self-study outside of the classroom. Register now to deepen your expertise, earn a prestigious certification, and explore the delights of French wines. Secure your spot today! All our classes are also streamed live and recorded via Zoom for the maximum flexibility of our students.
